What do I need to update my account?
To update your account, you will need the following documents:
Personal Accounts:
- Valid Government-issued ID (Social Security Card)
- Proof of Address (Utility Bill, Bank Statement, Lease Agreement, Driver’s License)
- Proof of income (e.g. salary slip, job letter)
- Other relevant documents (e.g. Marriage Certificate)
- Completed and signed CIF Self Update Form (available online and in-branch)
Business Accounts:
- Valid Government-issued ID of the business owner(s)
- Proof of Address of the business owner(s)
- Certificate of Incorporation/Business Registration
- Certificate of Good Standing
- Declaration of Business Activity
- Bank Reference (where applicable)
