The NBD Possie Culture Pan group emerged Second in the Seniors round of the 2011 Pan Savan competition.
Possie Culture Pan put on an energetic and creative performance. They enlisted the support of a small Jing Ping contingent from the North, as well as a few members of the NBD Flag Wavers.
The group of talented individuals was formed in July of 2003 and was adopted by NBD in 2006. The group’s leader Mrs. Emelda Aaron holds a passion for music and culture and has committed her time to the development of steel pan music in Dominica.
