NBD’s Employee Volunteer Programme at fosters community development through volunteerism and teamwork. The programme enables employees to partner with community leaders and residents to address a need in their community. Employees are encouraged to identify a project and work with colleagues and the community to develop and execute the project. The Bank provides funding of up to $5000 to approved projects.
The programme allows employees to serve customers away from the bank. It creates an opportunity for employees to give their time, talent and resources to impact the lives of those living in the communities we serve.
