Cultivating a Culture of Open Discussion and Analysis – NBD/UWI Lecture Series
Education continues to remain a significant aspect of NBD’s corporate social responsibility programme. Our aim is to help build an educated society through formal as well as public, non-formal educational activities.
The Bank has partnered with the University of the West Indies (UWI) Open Campus – Dominica to host the NBD/UWI Lecture Series. This series provides an open forum for alumni, students and members of the public to intellectually explore various topics of national interest. These thought-provoking lectures challenge the audience to go beyond everyday thinking and practices.
The lectures attract a large audience and are an opportunity for students and young adults to network with professionals and experts in various fields.
