A carnival parade in Dominica is not complete without the NBD flagwavers. Carnival spectators can always rely on the NBD Flagwavers to bring anitcipated excitement to the parade with their dazzling costumes, swift moves and colorful flags.
NBD has sponsored this group of young talent for over ten years. Through its sponsorship, NBD has contributed to nuturing talent and building character in Dominica’s youth. This group empowers its members through dance, education, social work and personal development; building characteristics of commitment, dedication and discipline.
