You can visit any one of our branches or apply online.
Only cards mailed to customers overseas are made inactive prior to shipping. Once your card is delivered to you it will be in an active status.
If you are on island and forget your PIN you may visit any of our branches and request a Pin change. You will be assisted by a Customer Service Representative.
If you are overseas and forget your Pin you may request that a computer-generated PIN be delivered to you or a third party on your behalf.
If your card is lost, stolen, or has unauthorized transactions, immediately contact Customer Support Department at (767) 255-2300, WhatsApp at (767) 265-2300 or Live Chat at nbdominica.com. You can also send us a Secure Message on MoBanking using the Report/Stolen Lost Card feature in MoBanking.
If you plan to travel out of the country, please contact Customer Support Department at (767) 255-2300, WhatsApp at (767) 265-2300 or Live Chat at nbdominica.com., or visit any one of our branches, so we can make note of your travel. This will help with fraud monitoring. Also, refer to response 10 for guidance
The NBD debit card fee $1.00 remains the same for all debit card transactions, however for a NON-NBD ATM, additional fees may be applied.
You can view your transactions/statements via MoBanking, or you could receive your monthly statements via email if you signed up for E-Statements.
You can pay your credit card via two mediums:
- Pay using MoBanking by selecting “Credit Card” under the Merchant options.
- Come into any one of NBD branches and pay over the counter.
For a payment to be reflected on a credit card by end of day, payments must be submitted by 3:30 PM on that given day. Payments submitted after 3:30 PM, or on a non-business day (e.g., weekend or holiday) will be posted by the end of day on the next business day.
Credit card payment due date is the 14th of every month. To avoid late fee of $15.00, you are required to pay at least the minimum payment by this date. You can also avoid interest by settling the full balance due by this date.
